7500 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Rules

Please read this document carefully before using 7500's services. These terms clearly set out the rights and responsibilities of both users and the platform.

Acceptance of Terms of Use

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 7500 platform — whether via web browser, mobile app, or any other means — you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you are not permitted to use this platform.

Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. 7500 reserves the right to update this document at any time, and notice of changes will be provided via the platform or your registered email.

Users must be at least 18 years of age and a qualifying Malaysian citizen or resident to use this service lawfully. By registering, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.

Account Creation & Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 7500 platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same user is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without prior notice.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. 7500 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.

  • Do not share your password with anyone.
  • Log out of your account after every session on public or shared devices.
  • Notify the 7500 support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
  • Keep your registered email address and phone number up to date at all times for identity verification purposes.

User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

Users agree to use the 7500 platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws in Malaysia. The following actions are expressly prohibited and may result in account suspension or closure, as well as legal action:

  • Providing false or misleading information during registration or the verification process.
  • Using bots, automated scripts, or third-party software to access or manipulate the platform.
  • Attempting to exploit or defraud the platform's payment, bonus, or betting systems.
  • Using another person's account, or allowing anyone else to use yours.
  • Engaging in any activity that violates applicable Malaysian law.
  • Engaging in or facilitating any form of money laundering through this platform.

7500 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating platform rules and to take appropriate action, including freezing funds linked to suspected fraudulent activity while an investigation is ongoing.

Payments, Transactions & Currency

All transactions on the 7500 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform accepts a range of approved deposit methods, including online banking (FPX), e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost), and other approved methods listed on the deposit page.

Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds are their own and obtained through legitimate means. Depositing via another person's payment method without authorisation is prohibited and may result in account closure and a report to the relevant authorities.

Withdrawals will be processed in accordance with the platform's prevailing processing policy. 7500 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal to ensure account security. Any taxes or fees charged by banks or payment providers are solely the user's responsibility.

In the event of a technical error or incorrect odds being applied, 7500 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the original stake to the user's account. The platform's decision in such matters is final.

Platform Liability Limits

7500 provides this platform on an "as is" basis and makes no express or implied warranties or representations regarding the availability, accuracy, or fitness of the platform for any particular purpose.

The platform shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: service disruptions due to maintenance or technical issues, loss of potential winnings due to match outcomes, or connectivity failures on the user's end.

7500's maximum liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim. Users agree to release 7500 from any claims beyond this limit.

Account Policy — Suspension & Closure

7500 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or for legal or regulatory reasons.

If your account is suspended pending an investigation, the funds in your account will be frozen for the duration of that investigation. If the investigation finds no wrongdoing, the account will be reinstated and funds may be withdrawn. If fraud or a breach of terms is confirmed, 7500 reserves the right to seize the funds in question.

Users who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting the 7500 support team via email. All eligible balances will be returned once the verification process is complete, subject to the platform's prevailing withdrawal policy.

Accounts inactive for more than twelve (12) months may be subject to an administration fee or automatic closure in accordance with the platform's prevailing policy at that time.

Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

All content on the 7500 platform — including but not limited to logos, designs, text, graphics, images, and software — is the exclusive property of 7500 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, or repurpose this content without express written permission from 7500.

This platform may contain links or references to third-party services. 7500 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party website or service. Accessing such links is at the user's own risk, and users are encouraged to review the terms and policies of the relevant third party before using them.

Changes to Terms & Governing Law

7500 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via an in-platform notice or their registered email at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after that notice period constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia.
